Don't give the examiner a confidence score. Give them a reason.

When a title examiner asks an AI agent why it flagged a deed, it shouldn't get a 92% confidence score. It should get a reason. Clause by clause. Like a colleague walking you through their thinking. It should be a Tuesday afternoon instead of a spec sheet promise.

We focus so much on the 'Intelligence' that we often forget that it compounds from usage. The interface is the product.

Better UX → more trust → more usage → sharper AI → even more usage.

Especially in service-as-a-software, the flywheel starts the moment a user feels, "OK, I can trust this." Consumer apps learned this a decade ago.
