Zaito (財土) is a Japanese-inspired portmanteau meaning "Prosperity from the Land." The product, Zai-XM, augments examiners and searchers — it does not replace the TPS. Customers typically reduce back-office spend by 40–60% per order on complex files while staying fully auditable for underwriters. Pricing is outcome-based (service-as-a-software), not seat-based SaaS.
